Q2 : How to set the RF ID?

A :
* In order to avoid abnormal RF reception, the number of 0/1 should be average when
designing RF ID, to avoid the design of 3 consecutive 0 or 1.
* The number of 0/1 should be average, it is recommended to use Manchester to encode, 0 is 01, 1 is 10.
