AMIC Communication Corporation announced A7103, the ultra low power, low cost sub-1GHz transceiver IC.
- 2007/9/3
AMIC Communication Corporation locates in the Hsinchu Science Park, announced today A7103, a low data rate and ultra low power sub-1GHz transceiver IC (315/433/868/915MHz). These new products strengthen the existing products that AMIC Communication has including 2.4 GHz transceiver IC, GPS receiver IC, FM transmitter IC and LNB switch IC.
A7103 that AMIC Communication announced today, is a wireless transceiver IC with working frequency 300~1000 MHz, ASK/FSK modulation, ultra low power consumption, max data rate 20K bps, max output power 10 dBm and sensitivity -109 dBm. The facility of output power and data rate adjustment can be done through SPI control interface and user can also do the same by direct hardware implement (data in/out). A7103 has the feature of self-correction mechanism (RSSI/AFC/AGC). With few external components and the external SAW filter integrated, the total BOM cost is very low. The working voltage of A7103 is 2.2~3.6 Volt with LDO regular built-in.
Target for long range, low power, low cost wireless communication applications, A7103 is particularly suitable for car security, surveillance, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), remote control and toy.
AMIC Communication is a leading wireless RF IC vendor and solution provider. According to the demands from wireless communication market and customers, AMIC Communication will announce several sub-1GHz transmitter and receiver ICs in the coming months of 2007. Zigbee and DTV are also in the product roadmap of AMIC Communication. For more information, please visit us: www.amiccom.com.tw
