AMICCOM Electronics Corporation (AMICCOM) announced a SOC for Bluetooth® LE Mesh / Bluetooth® LE Central end Bluetooth low energy (Bluetooth LE), named A3117M0 A3117M0 integrates ARM® Cortex®-M0, built-in 256 Kbytes Flash Memory, 72KBytes SRAM, and has 23/31 GPIOs and various digital interfaces.

Compatible with the A8107M0, A3117M0 is a new generation RF design with excellent features. For DCDC at 3.3V input, RX current is 6.4 mA, TX current is 9 mA (+ 5dBm). It has a programmable RF output power of -14dBm ~ +7dBm and a receiving sensitivity of -94dBm (@1Mbps GFSK). Data can be programmed from 5kbps up to 2Mbps. Internal CPU core ARM Cotrex-M0 provides maximum operating speed to 48MHz. Similar to A3107M0, A3117M0 is equipped with a variety of digital interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, PWM and Timer. A3117M0 is additionally equipped with Universal Serial Bus controller and transceiver that complies with the USB 2.0 high-speed device specification. Support for input/output interrupts. It also has a built-in 12-bit ADC that supports up to 8 channels of external signals measurement.

Overall, A3117M0 is a high-performance low-cost low-power Bluetooth LE providing a convenient and easy to develop a protocol stack to support a variety of digital interfaces and a full range of I/O, all the functions are integrated in QFN5x5 or QFN6x6 package.
