AMICCOM announced A3113,A3512 and A3513 The new high-integration Bluetooth low-energy (Bluetooth LE)SoC series chips

AMICCOM Electronics Corporation (AMICCOM) announced a new series of high-integration Bluetooth low-energy (Bluetooth LE) chips named A3113, A3512 and A3513. These Bluetooth® LE chips integrate 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC, TN LCD driver and Bluetooth® LE transceiver, accompany with AMICCOM’s certified Bluetooth® LE 5.0 protocol stack, forms a self-developed highly integrated SoC. These chips can be used for IoT applications that need to measure and display values, such as intelligent electronic scales for health-care applications, ear thermometers, blood pressure monitors. Another applications is temperature and humidity for environmental monitoring. Bluetooth® LE 5.0-compliant design with just one chip provide a complete solution for customers' convenience and simplicity
This series of Bluetooth® LE chips has excellent RF performance with 14mA for RX mode and 19mA (+5dBm output) for TX mode. The internal core is 1T 8051 and equipped with a variety of interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, 3 PWM outputs, 3 16/8-bit timers, which sharing pins with multiple GPIOs. The internal Flash Memory is 64Kbytes and the SRAM is 8KBytes, which supports OTA wireless upgrade.
A3113 is the base version and does not support TN LCD. The 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC ENOB is 20bit with 21 shared GPIOs. A3512 and A3513 are advanced versions of the A3113 with the addition of the TN LCD driver. The LCD driver for A3512 is 4 com x15 seg and the 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC ENOB is 16 bits with 22 shared GPIOs. LCD driver for A3513 is 4 com x21 seg., and 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC ENOB is 20 bits with 26 GPIO shared pins.
Overall, A3513 is a high-performance, low-cost Bluetooth LE SoC that provides a convenient and easy to develop protocol stack that supports multiple digital interfaces and full I/O with 24-bit Sigma-Dleta ADCs and TN LCD driver function.
Supply and packaging
A3113 package is 5 mm x 5 mm QFN 40, A3512 is 6 mm x 6mm QFN 48 and A3513 is 7 mm x 7mm QFN 56. AMICCOM legal distributors provide sample and evaluation kit.
