- 2017/6/6
AMICCOM Electronics Corporation (AMICCOM) announced a new 13 dBm 2.4GHz 2Mpbs SoC, named A8137M0. A8137M0 integrates the ARM® Cortex®-M0 with built-in 64 Kbytes Flash Memory and 8KBytes SRAM. It has 24 GPIOs and various digital interfaces and integrates the charger for the lithium battery.

A8137M0 inherits the 2.4GHz RF design of AMICCOM. It has excellent features, programmable RF output power with 13dBm maximum output, and a receiving sensitivity of -92dBm(2Mbps) data rate is programmable from 2Mbps to 10Kbps. The internal 32-bit CPU core is the ARM® Cortex®-M0 for fast operation. A8137M0 has 24 I/O and has variety of digital interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, PWM and Timer. These interfaces share the pin with the GPIO and can be used depending on various applications. A8137M0 has built-in 8-channel ADC for external signal measurement. In addition, A8137M0 has a lithium battery charging interface that provides 150mA of charging current.

Overall, the A8137M0 is a high-performance, low cost 2.4GHz SoC chip that supports multiple digital interfaces and full I/O. It integrates the charging function of lithium batteries. All functions are integrated into the QFN6x6 package.

Supply and packaging
A8137M0 package is 6 mm x 6 mm QFN 48. AMICCOM legal distributors provide sample and evaluation kit. Please contact AMICCOM for more detail.
