AMICCOM Electronics Corporation (AMICCOM) is an RF IC design company specializing in SRD (Short Range Wireless Communication) and Satellite Communication LNB. AMICCOM announced the new satellite communication products for high-isolation 4x2 LNB SWITCH series, named A7540 and A7539. The A7540/A7539 are 4 inputs and 2 outputs for Twin LNB or Switch box products in satellite communications.

A7540/A7539 can operate from 3 to 5V and is suitable for 50 or 75 ohm systems. The two outputs (OP1 and OP2) can select the input signals (IN1, IN2, IN3 and IN4) individually or simultaneously. The output frequency range is from 200MHz to 3000MHz with an average isolation of 40dB.

Input signal of A7539 is the external T1/T2/V1/V2 and the switching selection by the high or low potential. The A7540 has a built-in Polar Voltage Detector. The polarity voltage switching level (14.25V or 14.75V) can be adjusted by connecting an external resistor (12Kohm or 15Kohm). The A7540 also has a built-in tone detector that can automatically remove the DiSEqC control signals. Overall, A7540/A7539 requires only a few external parts to complete the system design and is suitable for products with high isolation requirements.
