Selection Guide
General Description
A7522 is a low-cost 2 x 2 switch matrix with polarity detector in a small 10-lead DFN package for using in RF multiplexing applications of RF frequency range from 200M to 3000 MHz. In addition, A7522 integrates a 2-bits positive voltage controlled decoder and polarity detector with only need very few external components to simplify system development and cost.

A7522 is designed for 50/75 ohm system. Both switch outputs (OP1 & OP2) can independently selects any of the two inputs or simultaneously selects the same inputs. Note that the switch is bi-directional and input/output functionality may be interchanged. For polarity threshed voltage, A7522 is designed to target either 14.25V or 14.75V by serial external resisters 12K ohm or 15K ohm respectively via pin 3 (V1) and pin 8 (V2).

Additional device feature such as mirror function is implemented by pin 2 (VHM). This mirror function can support flexible PCB layout in system integration. Refer to chapter 7 for details.
Working frequency: 200 ~ 3000MHz.
